We do not live in Nevada so when we decided to look for a home in Mesquite we needed a realtor! We only knew one couple in Mesquite and asked if they could recommend one. They highly endorsed their realtor, John, who had helped them twice in the purchase of homes. They forwarded us his contact information and we reached out to him via email. He immediately responded to our email and asked us questions to help him select homes for us to view. When we set up a date to fly out to Mesquite to look at homes, John was very accommodating to our travel schedule and set up a time to show us homes. He selected an ideal sample of homes to view and allowed us to take our time going through them all. Moving from the Midwest to the desert, we had many questions relating to taxes, property ownership, utilities, etc. John was extremely patient and knowledgeable answering all our questions. Once we selected the home we hoped to purchase, John diligently worked between us and the seller’s realtor to negotiate the purchase. I might also mention that he was on a family vacation during this process and kept us informed on where we were in the process and was very prompt in answering our calls and returning emails! After the purchase, John gave us all the contact information we needed to set up utilities in addition to recommendations and contact info for other services we needed for our new home. We recently purchased a home in Mesquite, NV and used John Larson for our realtor. We found and selected John based on good reviews online. Since we do not live in Mesquite, we asked John to send us listings that met our criteria, which he did. After a few months of not seeing anything we liked, one of the listings seemed to have everything we wanted. The only problem was there were no pictures of the backyard. We saw the listing one morning and emailed John asking about the backyard. Since we really liked what we saw in the listing we conveyed our urgency to John. Within a couple of hours John emailed us back with a video of him at the house showing us the backyard. He then followed up with a FaceTime phone call so we could see the inside and outside of the house. Now that is great customer service! We presented an offer that same day and it was accepted. John met us multiple times at the house afterwards to discuss home inspection, warranty, contractors, etc. John’s professionalism and knowledge of the process made the whole transaction smooth and painless. After we closed John provided us with a detailed folder of useful documents, move-in checklist, local businesses, and a list of contractors that he recommends for things like flooring, painting, etc. We could not be happier with the service and support we received from John Larson and his team. We would highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor.

My mom recommended John Larson for my realtor. John is one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. After scheduling an appointment a day later we discussed what I was looking for and what my price range was. John is very knowledgeable about the area and his 17 years of experience really showed through. John showed me about 10 properties in the first 2 weeks, each was missing something I was looking for so John suggested we reevaluate and not settle for anything less than I wanted and to only look at properties that had everything I now realized I needed. After a couple of weeks John called to say he had found a great piece of property in my price range that he felt I would like. Wow it was perfect, not even listed yet. The only caviot was the owner didn't want to move for 3 months. I jumped at the chance. John recommended several loan company's and I had my loan approved that week. John constantly kept in me informed, scheduled inspections, cleanings and John's team sent me all the e-sign documents and kept me updated as we went along. Every appointment and event was on time and we closed 2 weeks early. There was no question that John did not have an answer for even if it didn't relate to the transaction. John recently represented me in the sale of my Sun City Property. What I really liked about John is that he really did the research to determine a price for my home. The price he came up with was higher than a couple other realtors but he assured me the asking price was fair. As it turned out, we sold the property in the minimal amount of time at the price he suggested. So I really appreciated the careful homework that John did to establish the price. To me this is the most important part of any sale.
Secondly, it is important to me to have very good communication with a realtor. John would either pick up his phone when I called or call back within 15 minutes. He did a great job of guiding me through the entire sale process giving good advice when needed and answering my questions promptly.
Finally, John is honest. While everyone says they are, he really is from my experience and that too was very important to me. He handled my sale with grace toward both parties, buyer and seller.
I would highly recommend John to sell lyour property in Sun City or anywhere in Mesquite.
