About John

John began his real estate career in 2005 in the competitive Florida real estate market where he was awarded “Top Producer” after his first year in the business at a 3-office firm. His success was built by word-of-mouth from satisfied customers willing to share their positive experience with friends and family. His wife’s interest in attending Graduate School took them to Florida for a quick “3.5 year get-away.” Upon returning to their hometown of Chico John naturally progressed to becoming a California licensed Real Estate Broker and focused on opening Chico Area Realty with the goal of providing the community with a straight-shooting, informative, technologically advanced, real estate company that offers a better way to buy and sell real estate.

John’s life in the Chico area: Born in northern California, John grew up enjoying the outdoors – camping, fishing, and traveling. His wife and 2 children enjoy the same great lifestyle today, whether it’s boating on the Sacramento or Feather rivers, Lake Oroville, camping or snowboarding in the Sierras or just enjoying to Bidwell Park, Chico has it all.
