A residential real estate broker with over 25 years of real estate industry experience. He is diverse background brings a wide range of expertise which includes residential construction, title & escrow, sales, marketing, natural hazard disclosure and a diploma in Architectural Drafting.
John started selling real estate in 2006 with one of the nations largest real estate brokerages. After a few years working under the strict structure of a national big-box franchise, he found he was limited to franchise approved marketing templates and vendor restrictions. John wanted to have more flexibility and control to explore and implement new creative marketing options and higher quality service standards. Determined to redefine the real estate=client experience, he went on to earn his Broker license in 2014 and founded Leonardi Real Estate Inc., a boutique concierge-style brokerage.
