John Millen

John is the Company’s Business Development Director. John’s primary goal is to assist in growing the company with like-minded agents. His position includes things related to bringing on new agents and ensuring the current Lamacchia agents are happy and achieving their goals.

John has been with the Company since the Spring of 2016. During his short time as an agent, he sold over 30 homes and very quickly became a leader in the company. It became evident in his time with the company, that his people skills, knowledge of the company, and networking ability would be best used as a Business Development Consultant for Lamacchia’s Worcester, Leominster, and Westford offices, which is a role he took on in March of 2018. John excelled in this position and contributed significantly to the massive growth the company has seen. He genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each agent in the company and goes above and beyond to assist the agents anyway he can. That, coupled with his undeniable leadership skills, is why he was promoted to Business Development Manager in the Summer of 2019 and again to Director of Business Development in 2021.

John also serves on the Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee and the Northeast Association of Realtors Education Committee. He lives in the central part of Massachusetts with his wife Ashley and has 4 amazing kids, Brianna, Lucas, Brayden, and Gianna.
