John was an excellent realtor (and now friend!) as we navigated the Rochester real estate market from afar! As first time home buyers, John always made himself available to answer our questions, big or small, in a friendly and clear way. He helped us understand the area and provided wise counsel. John worked tirelessly with me for over 4 years to sell my house, with five accepted offers falling through. He never gave up on me, made every interaction pleasant, did not shy away from the hard conversations, relentlessly marketed the house, amd kept the house and property in pristine condition as I moved out of state, etc. etc.

John has restored my long-lost "necessary evil" faith into the real estate profession and future realtors will have huuuuge shoes to fill to measure up to John.
