John brings a vast background of commercial real estate investment service experience to Conroe and Montgomery County. From loan workout experience with The Travelers Realty Investment Company, property development and leasing services with The Woodlands Corporation and George Mitchell Development, loan underwriting with CB Commercial, to liquidation of assets with San Jacinto Savings, and commercial appraisal experience with Bach Realty Advisors, John is a disciplined investment service professional. He also gained valuable experience in buying and selling land with MHWRE. ?After earning a broker’s license in 1999, he gained extensive experience with retail, business brokerage, and residential real estate. He also helped develop and monitor monthly construction budgets for the John Cooper School in The Woodlands. John was involved in a joint venture sale of five office buildings totaling $20 million, a $12 million apartment portfolio, and narrative appraisals for mid- to high-rise office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and apartments. While working in mortgage banking, he performed loan underwriting for 45 apartment complexes, 35 retail centers, 25 hotels, 18 industrial buildings, and 12 office buildings. ?John’s comprehensive analytical skills and accomplishments are a tremendous asset to Montgomery County’s commercial property development and the community.
John graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1985 with a BBA in Finance. He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, a former member of the Realty Investment Club of Houston, and is an active member of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands. He is a proud father to his very talented twins and married to his beautiful wife Lucia for over 20 years. John is also a very accomplished Bass Guitar musician and enjoys being part of the Salt Band musical worship group at St. Anthony’s every Sunday.
