John has been successful in the world of business during his career within telecommunications, hospitality, real estate, auction marketing, entertainment, and the food service industries, managing business to business sales. He has a proven track record in working with people and understanding them to meet their needs. As a teacher of entrepreneurship and owner of several small businesses, he will negotiate to find the best deal possible. He has done volunteer work for the Boy Scouts of America, served in church ministry, been a member of the Fountain Inn Election Commission, worked in the NC prison system, and is currently an Iredell County notary public.
As a notary public, John’s specialties include real estate and automotive title work from his experience in the field of auction marketing. John holds a Master of Arts in History with emphasis in Public History. In 2006, he graduated from The Allen Tate School of Real Estate and specializes in residential homes, rural agriculture properties, lots and historic homes. To further enhance his services in 2008, he graduated from the Carolina Auction Academy which instructs students to utilize the time tested method of selling assets using the auction method of marketing. In 2012, John graduated from The Asheford Institute of Antiques as a PACC Certified Personal Property Appraiser with specialties in general antiques and household goods.
Being a Certified Ringmaster from Florida Auctioneer Academy, John has experience as a ring-man, bid spotter, contract bid caller, clerk and cashier as well as auction setup. As a licensed auctioneer, John has vast experience in managing live online auction sales such as simulcast, contract bid calling, bid spotting. He has experience working as a ring man, auction clerk, auction cashier, automotive block clerk, auction transport driver, and auction setup and marketer.
