John Patson

A visit to Asheville in the Winter of 2007 was all it took to make John and his partner Vinnie realize that the Asheville area was the perfect place to make their next home.

A native of Southeastern Pennsylvania, John went to UCLA in Los Angeles, before settling in Florida and a career in hospitality management. with Marriott and Ritz-Carlton.

John's love of working with people, coupled with his attention to detail, made a career change to real estate a natural choice.
