Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, I’ve spent my life connected to the real estate markets of both New York’s Hudson Valley and now Florida’s Gulf Coast. With over 31 years of experience, beginning in 1994 with my first home purchase, I’ve built extensive firsthand knowledge buying and selling multiple homes, managing investment properties, and working with new construction projects.
