John Reilly is an exceptional person who just happens to also be an exceptional realtor. John is highly regarded by colleagues in the real estate community and maintains a history of record sales and awards due to his experience and abilities in his chosen field. John evaluates your situation (buying or selling), suggests a plan of action, then proceeds to help his clients reach the agreed upon goal. I met John a year ago when my husband and I decided to downsize by selling our home in order to buy an appropriately sized condo. We considered the recommendations of friends, including a local business owner, as well as several people who had used John and could attest to his record sales and his willingness to help and guide his clients to “the finish line”. Following John’s plan, our home was sold quickly, in what was considered a “slow market”, because it was priced correctly, de-cluttered, and promoted well. It was extremely difficult to be simultaneously selling and buying, but thanks to John’s experienced advice, calm reassurances, and reliability to “be there” whenever needed, we reached our goal. John is reliable, a good listener, and truly cares about his clients. Imagine…an exceptional realtor who also happens to be a very talented and quality person…that’s John Reilly.
