John Renken

John H. Renken founded The Renken Company in 1994 after his graduation from the University of Southern California in 1990, and after four years with a national real estate firm. The Renken Company provides an array of services to the commercial real estate industry, including; partnership syndication, property management, commercial real estate appraisals, and consulting.
Mr. Renken has a broad range of experience in the property management, brokerage, and appraisal of office, retail shopping centers, industrial, vacant land, and multi-family residential properties. Much of his expertise focuses on consulting property owners in the buying, selling, or growth/expansion of their real estate investments. Mr. Renken is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (“MAI”), as well as a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. In addition to serving on several boards and being actively involved in the Claremont community, Mr. Renken has been a guest speaker for the Citizens Business Bank College Program and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Inland Empire Division.
