John has over 15 years of experience as a realtor, and is licensed in Virginia and DC. Prior to becoming a realtor, he had worked for fifteen years in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, his last four years as foreign policy advisor to Chairman of a Senate Foreign Relations SubCommittee. In this capacity, John worked with and met the needs of a variety of people: from constituents navigating the complexities of the federal government to Ambassadors from nations throughout the world. John is First Vice President on the board of the Donaldson Run Civic Association (DRCA), is a member and past Vestry member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and is a member and past board member of the Arlington County Tennis Association (ACTA), While not working, he enjoys playing tennis, skiing and going on long walks with his dog Stella.

Patricia is a native Washingtonian: born in Washington, DC, raised in Montgomery County, and currently living in Arlington with her family. She practiced law in Montgomery County in the commercial real estate field for 5 years prior to obtaining her real estate license and joining her husband John in business in 2010. Patricia negotiated complex sales contracts and leases for commercial real estate clients; transitioning to the brokerage side of residential transactions has been a natural one.
Patricia serves on the Board of Directors of a local nonprofit and serves as treasurer of an Arlington Soccer Association travel team. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the woods with her dog, skiing and tennis.
