John Sheehan

Beginning in 1986, I started my Real Estate career working for Builders in Oakland County, selling New Construction. As VP of Sales & Marketing for a large Builder Developer, sales in excess of $4M per year were accomplished. In 1995 I began my own Building-Development Company, successfully Building over 200 New Homes & Condominiums through 2006. Working with many asset company's from 2002 to manage and sell Bank_owned Assets allowed me to continue my rapid sale & closing rate to a grand total of over $65M in property sales. Negotiating on behalf of my clients to provide the most expeditious and professional process in the Real Estate Industry.
