If you want a realtor that's hard to get a hold of, make inconvenient show times, and only cares about their commission go elsewhere because John is not the man for you. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I decided to take the step at being first time home owners. Coming into this crazy housing market with barely any knowledge on the home buying process we were introduced to John Siri. He Immediately reached out and explained the whole process to us and got us prepared with each and every step in searching for the perfect home. From multiple open houses and private showings we finally had success on our second offer we put in! I can only give credit to John for this! As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process. John walked me through each step with knowledge and patience. He quickly picked up what I liked I didn’t like about each property we saw. He was super responsive to any question I had - no matter how silly or how many times I asked it. He talked me through making an offer - went above and beyond with developing a summary of what he thought it was worth and how we should proceed. Once the offer was accepted - I had even more questions which he was right there for. He stayed on top of inspection, mortgage process, and closing - offering whatever insight he had along the way. Warning: if you like overspending, then do not use John. In all seriousness, John is awesome to work with. I write this review from the house John helped us get.

It was a for sale by owner situation and as first time home buyers we weren't sure how to navigate these waters. John made us feel comfortable throughout the process and armed with his knowledge and experience, he ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars that we would have otherwise over paid.

Bottom line: If you plan on buying a home, talk to John.

I would definitely recommend John Siri as he is hands down one of the best Realtor's I have ever worked with! I have been investing in real estate for the past 10 years and have worked with other agents before, however John has without a doubt been the best. He came to our initial meeting with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that showed his experience in real estate. He asked me several questions and immediately understood what I was looking for. From there, he was able to find me multiple investment properties very quickly that fit my criteria. He made the home buying process so very easy for me from developing a negotiation strategy to get me the best price possible on the house as well helped me get to the closing day, step by step, headache free. He is super responsive as if you are his only client, extremely friendly and professional. He is the type of person who truly goes above and beyond for his clients and I was lucky to have him as my Realtor.

My wife and I have worked with many real estate people but John is unique. He is very personable and professional. We were expecting to meet with John and discuss in general what our home may be worth on the market and get some ideas on searching for a new home. What John presented to us was a very comprehensive market analysis of our home. Everything from competitively pricing our home for the market (based on comparable homes in our area), when best to sell it (past trends of time it took to sell homes in our area based on the time of year), what we could do to get top dollar for our home (such as staging and areas of the home that could be developed/improved and the return we would get on that investment), and the timeline of when we would need to begin the process and how we would work as a team. It was a very comprehensive and professional meeting/presentation/analysis. We were very impressed and are looking forward to working with John.
