John Taylor

Mr. Taylor has a long and varied background in real estate. His particular current area of geographical expertise is in the rapidly growing southern portion of Yuba County in and around Plumas Lake. He is involved in retail leasing, sale of industrial property, office sale and leasing as well as land sales. For a pension fund investment partnership (DRA Advisors and Landmark Asset Management Group), Taylor managed, leased and conducted studies for the acquisition and sale of $500 million in office and industrial properties located throughout California. On behalf of Financial Title Company, Taylor negotiated in one year 47 office leases throughout California. Mr. Taylor was co-creator and co-manager of a residential broker firm in Roseville, California. The firm specialized in new and resale home sales as well as corporate relocation. The firm was merged with the residential division of San Francisco based TRI Realtors. Mr. Taylor began his real estate career with a subsidiary of Booz Allen & Hamilton (Development Research Associates) analyzing the market feasibility of a wide range of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. Mr. Taylor holds a B. A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a M.B.A. in Marketing from the University Southern California. Mr. Taylor is a licensed California Real Estate broker. He also holds specialized commercial real estate certificates as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM).
