San Diego is rich with diverse cultures and ethnicities. I truly enjoy meeting new people and learning about their unique life experiences. My goal is to provide valuable real estate knowledge and service to assist with buying and selling real estate. I enjoy what I do and to be candid, I would like to be your agent. San Diego has been my home for 30 plus years and I am familiar with the diverse neighborhoods and communities of all of the County. Our city has many unique areas from Oceanside to Chula Vista and everywhere between so it is important to have a realtor working for you that is familiar with the different communities.

A passion for remodeling homes and years of hospitality management prepared me to transition into real estate in 2004. What I have learned is that each client has unique circumstances and different requirements for their home. It is my job to negotiate the best price and terms whether buying or selling. The past several years I worked with a remodel/flip company that completed 150-170 homes a year; I sold many of these homes and was involved with acquisitions and remodel budgets as well. This experience helped me hone the skills necessary to perform solid negotiations for all scenarios of real estate transactions.

I grew up in South Texas and was fortunate enough move to San Diego for college. I pursued Fine Art and ultimately transferred to San Francisco State University then furthered my education with additional year of university in Aix-en- Provence, France.

In addition to Real Estate, I enjoy surfing, yoga, music and art. My daughter Zoe is 17 and my greatest joy.
