As a full time, real estate investor, certified mortgage advisor and broker, John began his investing career in San Diego, California. He has since completed hundreds of real estate transactions and continues to hold over 20 properties in his personal portfolio. John served as an accountant at several large firms in San Diego before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own business in the very competitive food industry. He eventually sold his enterprise to focus entirely on growing his real estate career.
