We have been working with John for about two months now. While working with John, I found a new foreclosure listed on Zillow and asked to see it. He quickly got us in. We loved it and decided to make an offer. The bank refused our offer and countered at a much higher rate. We refused and decided to just keep looking because we just knew the bank would not go any lower. Several days later I received a call from John saying the bank accepted our offer. He had continued to work behind the scenes the whole time and convinced the bank to accept our offer. Although we had given up hope he had not. During the inspection process we discovered some troubling areas that needed to be repaired. Again we were prepared to walk away as these repairs would be very expensive. For the past 3-4 weeks John has worked with the bank and was able to secure approval to have these repairs done! He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! This is the 5th (and hopefully last) house that my husband and I have bought. I can assure you that John and his team have been the most professional and the most patient of any realtor group we have ever worked with. We so pleased with John and his team that we have asked them to list our lot for sale. They are also going to be our rental managers on our previous home. If you use this team I assure you that you will get the best service possible!
