John's business background, education, and involvement in real estate has lead to a successful and balanced real estate program with strong positive results for Coldwell Banker Traditions. Over the twenty five years in real estate John has served in various capacities in the Realtor organization to include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Committee Chair within the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Committee, Virginia Association of REALTORS®, Property Management Advocacy Group, Williamsburg Association of REALTORS® Commercial Section for the Virginia Association of Realtors, and is accredited with the Community Association Institute as well as CIC Licensed. John was the Chair of the Virginia Real Estate Education Foundation.These education, networking, and leadership roles have again served Coldwell Banker Traditions and Coldwell Banker Commercial/Brooks Real Estate, and its clients well with superior results.Beyond the business accomplishment listed above, John has also maintained his sales and marketing program including Bronze, Silver, and Gold Sales Awards through the Realtor Organization and is Certified with an International Marketing and Sales Designation (CIPS) and is Certified in International Luxury Home Sales (Previews) as well.
