I cannot express enough gratitude to Johna for her professionalism and empathy when we worked together to sell my house. She went above and beyond to make the process for me as stress-free as possible. Johna rose to the challenge of my personal situation, which involved a divorce and a cross-country move, to ensure that I could focus on my personal logistics while she took care of all details with the house (staging, finding contractors to prep the house, getting rid of furniture after I moved out of state). We were incredibly fortunate to be paired up with Johna as our real estate agent for our relocation from Los Angeles to Seattle. We had 3 months to find a house that fit our unique criteria amidst one of the most aggressive markets ever (Spring 2022). Johna was amazing through the consecutive weekends of countless open houses, the many, MANY offers we submitted, and finally in landing us our favorite of all of the houses that we looked at. This was my first time buying a home and the process is extremely stressful, but Johna was always the person I was able to go to because she helped bring down my anxiety. I really appreciate everything she did for me and she fought really hard for me to make sure I received everything I was promised. When! Johna got us over asking!!! She is marvelous AND a great realtor! She is kind and understanding and patient and...she is tough as nails! She is quick to respond and listens carefully. Johna helped my husband and I through the sale of our longtime family home, a very emotional, expensive and complicated move from Woodinville to California. She understood. She helped us prepare for the move, prepare for the sale, she found our inspector, our repairman (Steve) and even took extra time to discuss everything with our grown children. When all was ready, she listed our home. She was spot-on with the listing price. When "offer-day" came round, we had 3 bidders...she kindly and firmly held her line and got us 130,000 over asking (my wished for price). During the bidding process she was kind to other realtors, going above and beyond to educate along the way. She helped the buyers too, who told me "We like your realtor better than ours". We like her better too!! We love her BEST!!!

I love love love Johna. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with.
1. Johna is very responsive and on top of emails, phone calls, offers, contracts, etc.
2. Johna is an amazing communicator and really listens to your needs, your lifestyles, especially your ideal/dream home for you.
3. Unlike typical realtors out there just try to push you to buy the most expensive house, Johna always tries to understand your financial status, affordability, and unforseen things that buyers didn't think off, especially first time home buyers. She wants you to success even after the house is yours and everything is done.
4. Johna is an expert when it comes to the housing markets in Washington, with connections that will aid the home buying process to make everything goes smoother.

In my experience, Johna was very patient and accommodating when I changed my mind about the previous home. We quickly worked together to make an offers for the new place, and it turned out to be the best decision that we made, even that caused a little more work for Johna. I really appreciated that.

Ive been a part of a number of different projects with Johna going back to 2019. She is always on time, always prompt with responses and most importantly she is always informed and organized. As a General Contractor and Handyman I love working with her. Johna's attention to detail and knowledge of what little things can be done to help a property either sell or spruce up for a new owner is always on point.

Johna has been an essential part of my family's story since we moved to the greater Seattle region. My husband and I hooked up with Johna when we relocated to the Seattle area. One of the companies that I interviewed with, arranged for Johna to give us a tour of the area since we were coming from out of state. Given than Johna came recommended by a large company, we immediately felt comfortable with her when we met. And after a full day tour (in a few hours) of the area between Bothell, Monroe, Everett and back, Johna won our hearts and we knew she was right for us. We probably weren’t her easiest customers as in the beginning we had sticker shock and originally wanted property with a shop. Johna had amazing patience with us as we eventually determined what we could compromise on and she helped us find a house that worked out great for us. Johna also recommended a high quality lender which we appreciated as well. We had no hesitation to call Johna when we were ready to sell our house. We had been through this process a few times before and to be very honest, my experience with team Johna and Diane was the best experience we have ever had with selling our house. Johna met with us at our house to look at the property again and give us tips and suggestions for a fast, high dollar sale. When the property was ready to be listed, we handed Johna the keys and they handled EVERYTHING from cleaning to making small repairs. We were able to leave the house in their hands and I trusted them completely. They had a really good understanding of the market and they did some amazing negotiations to help us get top dollar. We couldn’t have been any happier with the results. They were dedicated up to the very end of the process as Johna even made sure the house was spotless the day before the new buyers moved in. We couldn’t thank them enough for making the process so smooth and doing such a great job!!! "

Johna is an amazing real estate agent. She helped us with the purchase of a house in Seattle and from the beginning was an amazing partner for us in the transaction. She took us to a variety of different neighborhoods and houses to get a sense for what we like and acted as a trusted advisor throughout, providing helpful info on market conditions and standard practices in the Seattle area. I particularly appreciated her honesty in assessing the properties we viewed and discussing with us considerations that would matter for the future resale value of the house. As we moved towards closing, she was informative, responsive and quickly problem solved as we needed it. Buying a house is always a stressful undertaking but Johna made the experience quite painless. She enjoys being a real estate agent and is good at what she does. Cannot recommend highly enough. We have had a great experience working with her on a rapid turnaround (two week) close and she managed the process seamlessly and with good humor throughout. The best!

I moved to the Seattle area as part of a relocation for work & was introduced to Johna. She is AMAZING to work with! I had very specific wish list items & Johna asked lots of questions to ensure she understood my taste, preferences & what I was willing to deprioritize in this crazy market. She educated me about the area and made recommendations regarding based upon our conversations.

She went out of her way to help - she set up zoom tours of a house that came on the market before I flew up to see it & had a great strategy for the offer. She talked me down in my offer price & she was right! She worked closely with the selling agent to understand the seller wish list & with my lender for a smooth transaction.
