We met Jonathan when we stopped in just to get an idea of what homes were for sale in the Fenton area. He greeted us very warmly and about 2 hours later we decided to use Jonathan as our agent to both find us a new house and sell our old house. He was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. He found us a home to buy that met all our requirements within 6 weeks. We closed on that house and then put our home up for sale. We had several showings and got an offer that was for the asking price. We closed in a couple of weeks and we are now enjoying our new home. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. The whole process was very smooth and enjoyable. We feel we have made a friend.

I consulted with Johnathan about selling my house vs. renting my house. Despite the opportunity to make a commission if I decided to sell, Johnathan helped me understand that renting would be the best option for my situation.

I would highly recommend Johnathan Dugan as my very top real estate agent to help me buy property and to sell property. Johnathan was so knowledgeable of what we desired in a home and I was exceptionally picky! Day after day, Johnathan was on it. When our purchase offer wasn't accepted, Johnathan successfully continued his search for us! My husband and I met Johnathan by chance when we all of a sudden found a house we both liked on Zillow and went to take a look. Naturally that house didn’t end up being “the one”, but Johnathan did end up being “the one”. Johnathan truly is your “no pressure, no worries” Realtor. He was consistent and there for us through all the highs and lows of our buying and selling journey. He gave us advice and his honest opinion on everything without being pushy. He let us take the lead of our search, but supported us at every turn. At one point we were ready to quit looking for a new house and were going to try again in a few months, Johnathan understood where we were coming from and helped us come up with a new game plan. We’re glad we took his advice because the very next day we had an offer unexpectedly accepted on a beautiful home! We had to move fast to get ours up on the market and Johnathan made that happen. He had the photographer out to take professional photos and a beautiful listing up in the blink of an eye. Because of the professional photos and excellent description we had calls for showings within MINUTES and soon enough our weekend was booked. Needless to say he sold our house quick and was our champion getting us the very best deal for both parties when working with the other Realtors. Buying and selling a house so quickly while raising a newborn was a rush of emotions for us, but Johnathan was there for us with a level head every step of the way. We are so thankful our paths crossed and he was our Realtor. Overall, Johnathan deserves 5 stars and we would HIGHLY recommend him.
