Johnny Pineyro

Johnny Pineyro was born in Florida and grew up attending great schools thanks to his parents who sacrificed everything to allow him such amazing opportunities to succeed in life. He is proud to have been married for 16 years and raised two beautiful daughters who brighten his every day. He has taught them the value of relationships and love. They have seen him growing businesses, invest in real estate, and bring value to other people who need help locating a place they can call home. Throughout his teen years, he spent a great deal of his time playing sports and reading books. He loved reading and eventually decided to attend law school. That led to a 25-year career in law and a focus on aviation law. He became a licensed pilot, authored a book, and decided he wanted to spend more time investing in real estate and growing a business in real estate. This also taught him early in life the importance of giving back. About 10 years ago Johnny started the Pineyro Education Foundation and they helped underprivileged youth get access to higher education through scholarships they built and awarded. After building a private real estate portfolio his love and passion for real estate led him to become a Realtor in Florida after he launched a real estate company called Surgent Capital — a commercial real estate investment company with offices in Orlando, FL, and New York. At the same time, he attended the MIT School of Architecture and Planning to learn more about Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment. This helped him on the residential analysis side, and he learned the value of residential investing. Johnny is now becoming a licensed Florida General Contractor to learn the real estate development side and allow him to start his own community of residential real estate. He thinks everyone should look at a home as a place to live but also a potential investment for long-term generational wealth. He has a work ethic that is something he takes pride in and credit his parents for who both worked hard to give him and his siblings as much as they could. They taught him the importance of benefiting others and bringing value to any transaction. This is evident in his commitment to his clients and our team. In the competitive ever-changing sales and marketing environment, he has developed an organizational management style that combines clear direction and consensus building with a keen sense of plan and structure. His unique approach to the world of real estate allows him to exhibit his experience to effectively market his client’s properties to achieve their goals. Johnny prides himself on the service he provides to his clients and always aim to leave a positive impression with each client. In his spare time, he enjoys flying, travelling, and playing tennis with his family.
