About Jomina

I am a Registered Nurse turned Realtor since 2018. I love helping people in general and my passion is to assist clients in finding their dream homes. I also help investors diversify their investment portfolio with real estate. My New York State Salesperson license allows me to conduct business in the entire State. I have previously sold properties in the Bronx, Westchester (Yonkers and White Plains) and Long Island (Lynbrook) area while I am currently assisting a clien who is buying a house in Queens. I always incorporate compassion and hard work in all I do. I am also very patient and flexible but never "pushy". I believe that if something is meant to be, it will happen as it should be. Jomina was amazing to work with during the process of purchasing my first home. She was so kind and professional throughout this experience. As a first time buyer, Jomina was very patient and always took time to thoroughly explain to me any terminology I was unsure of. I'm not sure how I would have been able to do this without her because she guided me throughout this tedious process and was always available at all times to answer any questions or concerns that arose. Jomina was incredible to work with. She helped us in every step of the way. Our first time buying in Manhattan and she made the process straightforward, providing suggestions and taking care of myriad details. Without her, we would have been very intimidated as we weren’t familiar with the process of buying a coop. She was always available by phone and text and we were never pressured to buy. We will be recommending her to anyone who needs an agent in the city as we were able to find a apartment that had everything we had hoped for!
