Jon Cruzen

I was born and raised here in the Greater Fairbanks area, which means that I have seen it all. From the beautiful warm sunny days, to the -60º where all you can do is pray that your pipes-and septic if you have that-don’t freeze. And, yes, I’ve dealt with both of the latter personally.

I became a Realtor® because I have a love for helping people. I originally started specializing in property management, but soon came to find that I not only loved helping my homeowners with their investments, but I also loved hearing that my tenants were wanting to take the next step: home ownership, and thus, being a buyers specialist became the next step, and now, I do both!

I believe that honesty, commitment, and integrity are the first and foremost things that my clients deserve out of me and strive daily to exceed those expectations. The goals of my clients become my own, and I will do all that I can to ensure they are met.

I take my love for this community seriously, which is why in 2019 I became Co-Chair to the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors® Outreach Committee. I want to see our community grow, not only in size, but in strength and unity.
