Jon Deal

A native Houstonian, Jon Deal earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988. In 1995, he began investing in small, multi-family projects inside the loop. By 2004 his focus had shifted to more challenging projects that primarily focused on renovating and repurposing industrial and old commercial structures. Since then, Deal’s renovation work has been recognized with three GHPA Good Brick awards and the 2018 Urban Land Institute Development of Distinction award.
