About Jon

A full-time Pelican Bay resident for over 15 years, Jon is a local expert when it comes to luxury real estate. His motto of “buy low, sell high” has served his clients well—he is consistently recognized as one of the top 1% of Naples real estate agents. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS and serves as CEO of The Feins Group's real estate team.

Jon began his career as an independent broker/trader on the floor of the American Stock Exchange. In 1990, he and his wife moved to New Hampshire, where they combined their backgrounds in finance and healthcare to found a medical billing company that quickly became an industry leader. Jon was elected to his local planning board, where he served until moving to Naples in 2006.

Jon is deeply involved in the Pelican Bay community. He serves on the board of directors for Pelican Bay Coffee, a weekly speaker series that has put him in touch with influential people from all over the world. He spends his free time playing on the Pelican Bay tennis courts, sailing the Gulf, and appearing onstage at the premier performing arts center Artis–Naples.

Jon takes pride in partnering with the local organizations in which his four children are involved. Highlights include: volunteering with Opera Naples; serving as Treasurer of the Southern Extreme Waterski Team; helping his oldest son grow a successful ceramics business in Naples; and watching his youngest son throw the ceremonial first pitch of the 2008 World Series.
