He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2008. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

In 2009 Jon was appointed to the Arizona Association of REALTOR’S (AAR) Professional Standards Committee for Ethics. Jon travels the state as a volunteer panel member and participates in ethics violation hearings. Additionally, Jon is a member of KW Commercial’s Southwest Region Commercial Leadership Council.
