What a fantastic realtor Jon is!! I listed my home with Jon after he came highly recommended. I had a bad experience with a realtor a few years. Due to the high recommendation, I hired Jon Hunt to list my home. Jon communicated with me every step of the way! He held open houses, and Jon sold my house in less than 3 weeks! Due to a sudden death in the family we were tasked with selling a vacant piece of land in Florida. We are from Ohio. I contacted Jon to start the process of selling the land. During Hurricane Ian I was in need of a furnished rental unit for one year. As everyone from homeowners to business personnel was also looking for rental units. As John searched the available units it seem they were rented before we could look at it. Because I needed a long term rental we were restricted on what units could be available because of winter vacationers already had reservations for the winter months. But Jon persisted with his search and after seven days he found and help complete the rental of this unit. I would strongly recommend Jon for all your real estate transactions you will be very please with his representation.

Jon Hunt was there for us every step of the way. We lived in a lovely condo but just had baby #2 and decided we needed to move. We had to move fast and Jon helped us list the condo and have an open house in just 3 days. Definitely keep him in mind for rental properties. He's owned rental properties, assisted me with mine, and has an eye for value. Because of his time in the industry hes built up a network of skilled craftsman.

I genuinely feel like he cares about his work too. He's checked up on me 2 years after the sale. Even again 5 years later, asking how the neighborhood has changed and what my thoughts were on the area.
