Moving to a new state can be overwhelming and super stressful. Jon listened to all our crazy concerns and needs and went over and above to help us find the right home. We ended up purchasing in an area that wasn't on our radar, but ended up being the perfect place for us. He was incredibly responsive during a busy time in his own personal life. We were in a different time zone, still dealing with COVID travel hurdles, and couldn't see the home in person (until we moved in!), but Jon navigated everything for us seamlessly and made the whole process quite easy. Jon did an excellent job on this purchase for us. We lived in a different state, so he needed to navigate a lot for us. He went to viewings and was able to share the experiences with us via Zoom meetings so we could get a better feel for the home rather than relying on photos.

We were about to give up on the area after some misses, the market is extremely hot in this area. But Jon didn’t give up, and found the home that we eventually purchased. His guidance on pricing and the offer made the difference, the home owners took our bid within an hour.

Even after closing Jon has kept in touch to make sure our transition was smooth. He is a great agent and (now) a good friend. I highly recommend Jon Sexton to anyone looking for a home in the Franklin greater area!
