We had a wonderful experience working with Jon and Paul. They are extremely personable, knowledgable and savvy; they provided us with comps and information needed to price our home, came up with a marketing strategy and had us on the market quickly. We were very happy that they sold our home in just 9 days! As we began the search for our new home they were flexible and ready to take us to see potential new homes, sometimes on short notice. When we found our home they took no time to get the ball rolling and we were able to close in 3 weeks! We truly enjoyed this experience overall and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You will get a first class experience all around.

Jon was amazing in helping me find my new home. He was very honest and walked me thru every step of the process of home buying which made it easy for me. Jon Ayala was recently our agent for the sale of our house. He is such a pleasure to work with and is professional and competent in every way.
