Jonathan Bryant

Jon Bryant is a Managing Director on the JLL Capital Markets team in Boston. He specializes in multifamily investment sales across New England. He advises institutional owners, private investors, and developers on the sale of urban and suburban apartment communities, mixed-use assets, and development sites.

Before joining JLL, Jon was a Senior Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Team where he executed acquisition and disposition strategies on behalf of clients. He also served on the Capital Markets team at Colliers International. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Jon is active in the real estate community, participating in industry organizations such as REFA, ULI, and NAIOP. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and resides in Boston’s South End.
