Jonathan Byrd

A lifelong resident of Hartsville, SC, Jonathan knows the Pee Dee. He attended Hartsville High School then Central Carolina Technical College, studying Wildlife Management. His passion for land and all things outdoors has led him back to his family farm, where he assumed the role of owner and operator, growing the farm from its roots as a small tobacco farm into a 700-acre corn, soybean, and grain operation.

Jonathan is an avid outdoors person and conservationist and currently assists in the wildlife and timber management of a large recreational tract in a nearby County. Having grown up and lived his entire life in the Pee Dee area, Jonathan is quite familiar with the amenities that Hartsville and the surrounding area have to offer to both families new to the area as well as those families that would like to purchase another home or recreational property.
