Jonathan Coile

In an increasingly complex and fast-moving technology environment, Jon’s role is to closely monitor data use policies and regulations, lobby on behalf of HomeServices and the industry on fair use of data, and advocate on behalf of the regional companies with the MLS industry and Realtor associations.

He’s also the Chairman of the Board of Bright MLS, the regional MLS for 95,000 agents and brokers in the Mid-Atlantic. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors President’s Circle and RPAC Hall of Fame.

Jon is the author of a periodic column in the Washington Post as well as two books. He has been a speaker at various national conferences on topics including MLS mergers, Real Estate sales and brokerage operations, and affiliated mortgage lending.
