"I had one of my houses for sale by owner for a month before listing it with Jonathan. I had only a few showings and no offers. Jonathan’s fee structure is substantially less than that of the many other agents who contacted me, so I agreed to meet with him. There was no hard sell, he seemed easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about the market. I was also comfortable with his policy that permitted me to cancel a contract with him at any time.
When I listed the house with him, he advised that I Raise the price to one that seemed unrealistic but I agreed to try it. Four days later, Jonathan sold the house for full price! The contract he presented was flawless and more than I’d hoped for. The sale closed quickly and with no hassle on our part.
I listed my second home with Jonathan during the same time period. The price was what we considered the top of the market. Within 24 hours he had a full price offer! This time the buyer was extremely demanding in regards to inspections and repairs. We had already moved out of town, so managing various contractors would have been difficult. Jonathan offered to handle all of it. Not only did he save me the trouble of finding and managing contractors, but the cost was a fraction of what I expected.
We truly could not be more impressed with this man as a top-notch realtor and just as a good person. His work ethic is outstanding and the attention he paid to our listings made us feel as though we were his only clients. I’ve already recommended Jonathan to my dad, (who’s house he sold in less than a week,) and I highly recommend him to you!"
