We retained Jonathan, Stephanie and their team to List two properties which were part of our late parents Trust. One, a 0.5 acre Lot on 1st Street in Lemont, IL and the second their home located in DuPage Township, Lockport, IL.

The team was very professional, knowledgeable yet candid relative to recommendations, which was refreshing. Of special note, I found both Jonathan and Stephanie to be very open minded to considering questions, replies and actions, based on our inquiries, suggestions as sellers.

The Lemont Parcel was listed in July 2021. within a week we received an offer for selling price. The closing was very well handled and seamless. Closing was September 2021.

The home was listed in Mid-October 2022. There was immediate interest shown by buyers, based on views posted on Zillow. An offer was accepted Mid-January for more than the listing price. As with the first parcel, the closing and transition were seamless thanks to Jonathan, Stephanie and their Team.

i gave my listing for a condo unit located in the west loop to Mike Fiorella of the Jonathan Darin Team and within three weeks Mike had the unit rented and had more showings during these three weeks than the other real estate company that had it for over four months. Even though the office is located in Homer Glen, Mike and the team did an outstanding job with marketing the unit, gave feedback from everyone that went thru the unit (both positive and negative) and communicated market conditions from the time they took the listing. We recently used Matt Lind from the Jonathan Darin Team to purchase a home and could not recommend him enough! Matt was there every step of the way to support us as first time buyers who knew nothing about what to expect. He was very patient with us even as our needs/wants evolved rapidly during the buying process (we started looking at apartments in the West Loop and purchased a home in the suburbs). We used Jonathan on our recent purchase of our new home and sale of our town house. I cannot tell you how happy we are that we went with him! From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, thorough, available and always had our best interest at heart. An example of these qualities was when we found out house. We had put an offer in on a house that we thought was the one, however, they accepted another offer. He reassured us that it was okay and that it wasn’t meant to be. That night (and it was a Friday nonetheless) a house, that I had seen that I loved was was contingent, popped back up on the market. I texted JD and he responded right away. We were able to see the house Saturday morning and put an offer down that afternoon! Also, sold out townhome on the first showing! Highly recommend this team!

Jonathan is incredible. I cannot recommend him enough. Whether he has a fantastic memory or takes flawless notes, I always left our meetings feeling as though we were his only client. He is very knowledgeable and patient and made the entire home-buying process feel far less daunting. Even in the dead of winter, he was able to show us precisely the properties we wanted to see and was persistent in moving quickly on the property we wanted. After carefully reviewing different real estate agents, with no doubt we decided to go with Jonathan Darin and his colleague Patrick Maier. We were relocating and without knowing Chicagoland they helped us giving us all the knowledge about the different neighborhoods in Chicago and the suburbs. They went above and beyond of what you could expect. We had 1 week to do all the house hunting and they made all the appointments and last minute calls. Once we decided on a home their advice and knowledge of the market was excellent and guided us on not overpaying for the house.
