Jonathan Dolphus

Jonathan Dolphus has been a licensed real estate agent in Florida for over 14 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a minor in Marketing from Northwood University. He has served in his community as Head Basketball Coach for the Boy's Junior Varsity Team at The Kings Academy for nine years until 2020. He also has interned with United Franchise Group with the CFO for six months in his senior year of college. Jonathan, who is the Team Leader of The Dolphus Group brokered by Exp Realty, has a great understanding of the current market and has helped his customers buy and sell, with the use of the most up-to-date technology in real estate today.

Jonathan has served locally with Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors as a committee member for Global Business Alliance, Realtor Safety Taskforce, YPN, Governmental Affairs, RPAC, and Finance Committee. He has also been awarded Young Professional of the Year in 2016 by Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors. He has served Florida Realtors on YPN, Diversity, State and Local Taxation, RPIMC as well as a Florida Realtor’s Director. Jonathan serves NAR on the Housing Opportunity Committee and Housing Opportunity Grant Review subcommittee, and most recently Federal Taxation and two NAR workgroups under this committee in 2020.

In 2021, Jonathan looks forward to continued service locally as a Corporate Director on the government affairs committee and as the RPAC co-chair for 2021. In addition, Jonathan has been chosen to serve as Director and RPMIC Vice Chair for Florida Realtors. Likewise for NAR Jonathan will serve as a director and committee member for Realtor Party Involvement as a representative of Florida.
