Jonathan Fink helped my husband and I purchase a condo for my mother and we could not be more grateful for his kindness, expertise, and patience throughout the process. He made it so clear and easy. He and his team are responsive and organized. My mom is now living in a place she loves, we feel better knowing she is safe and nearby, and Jon made that happen. He helped us quickly find a place, an amazing feat in the June 2021 market, and was able to set up our deal within a matter of a couple of days. Jon helped my wife and I purchase our first house back in 2016 in the NW area of Philadelphia. We kept on contact with Jon because he's very personable and would reach out periodically just to say hello. About a year ago, we invited Jon over for breakfast to discuss moving to the suburbs. After about a year of "sort of looking" and about five different houses, Jon was instrumental in securing our dream house in Chester County. Jon was also hugely important to us selling our Philadelphia home amidst a global pandemic. We have nothing but positive experiences working with Jon and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We knew a TON of realtors in the city, but when it was time to sell our home, and buy a new one in Penn Valley, we only made one call. We've known Jon for more than ten years, but this was our first time working with him. We decided to call him because we KNEW Jon would give us the honest good. He was literally available to us Morning, Noon and Night. He held our hands through the negotiations and talked us off the ledge when anxiety and worry hit. He constantly kept the ball moving towards the end zone, on what turned out to be a very complicated simultaneous sale and purchase. We easily must have said a dozen times, "Thanks God we used Jon!" Not to mention, he's a hell of a nice guy, and is a pleasure to chat with when the work is settled. We felt 110% comfortable trusting our biggest financial decision of our lives in his capable hands. We were nervous about selecting a real estate agent for our first home search after hearing some horror stories from our friends. After we met with Jon the first time, we knew we had found someone who would be great to work with! Jon took the time walk through the entire process with us in our first consultation which was very important to us as first-time home buyers. He also was very candid and forthright with us right from the start, which was was wonderful - I like being able to have a genuine conversation with someone, and not feel the need to tiptoe around sensitive issues. Buying a house is a huge commitment financially and it also involves a great deal of your time and can be stressful - but Jon was great at assuaging our fears and giving us the encouragement and support we needed to make such a big purchase. We got to take care of the "fun" part of the process (i.e. finding a home) and Jon handled the things we were clueless about (the paperwork, the inspection, the negotiations, etc etc.). Jon also is quite knowledgeable about the Philadelphia area and it's real estate market. Highly recommended!
