I'm Jon Harned, a Realtor with the WIN3 Team at EPIQUE Realty, serving Tucson and Southern Arizona. Before real estate, I served in the Navy as a search and rescue pilot, work that taught me to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly when it matters most. Those same habits shape how I work with clients today.
I help buyers and sellers across Tucson, from first time homebuyers navigating the process for the first time to families relocating here for work or a fresh start, including many military families making a PCS move. I also work with owners of tenant occupied and investment properties.
One area I've built real expertise in is expired and previously withdrawn listings. If your home didn't sell the first time, I take a hard look at what happened, whether it was pricing, marketing, timing, or presentation, and build a fresh strategy to get it sold. It's become a specialty of mine, though it's far from the only thing I do.
