We were selling a property that we did not live near so we needed an agent in the area who would be available for any reason...SO GLAD WE CHOSE JONATHAN!! Within a week of getting our home listed the neighbor's tree fell onto our property after a storm. Jonathan had to do a lot of legwork to get a hold of the actual owners of that property (which was being rented/sublet) but he did it and got it all cleaned up!
During our inspection the inspector fell through the ceiling and Jonathan stayed on top of that as well making sure that it was repaired to our satisfaction.
Jonathan stayed in constant touch with us and was available immediately when we needed him!
We have bought and sold several properties over the years and he was one of the best agents we have ever worked with.
Johnathon is funny, responsive, professional and he can hustle and negotiate with the best of them! We will definitely use him again....

From day 1 to day close, Jonathan was on the case to get me a home down in Nashville and no one could’ve done it better. He listened to hear exactly what I was looking for and we found just that, helped to put together a solid offer that didn’t break the bank, and saw it through to close. He helped me through each step of the process and we had fun with it all along. Looking back, I wouldn’t have done anything differently. Jonathan Hoo is amazing!!! After a relative passed away I had to deal with selling her house. Jonathan made it seamless. I live 6 hours away and he took care of some things I wasn't able to do since I was so far away. We had a full list price offer within 2-3 days of listing. And closed in under a month. You will not be disappointed with Jonathan.
