Jonathan is the Team Lead of Atlanta's Real McCoy Realty Group which helps Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in the Atlanta area.
Jonathan has served as Productivity Coach for the KW Chattahoochee North office where he led, trained, and motivated an amazing group of talented agents to achieve their Real Estate goals. His background includes 11 years as a high school science teacher, teaching mostly Chemistry, with some Biology and Physics thrown in for good measure. Jonathan taught at both Parkview High School and Norcross High School during his 11 years of teaching in Gwinnett County. His dedication to the classroom allowed Jonathan to help many students achieve their academic goals and he was fortunate enough to be able to stay in touch with many students after graduating as they went on to careers as doctors, lawyers, chemist, business owners, writers, teachers, nurses, and other admirable careers.
After his teaching career he wanted to choose a profession that allowed him to continue to meet, help and instruct people on an everyday basis. Real estate has allowed him to do just that. Jonathan has been able to help hundreds of people in his first 6 years with what, for most, is their largest financial investment. With such an important asset, Jonathan wanted to make sure his clients were able to understand all the aspects of owning, selling, or investing in real estate.
During his time in real estate, he has been able to earn his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation as well as his Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. When he is not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, Jonathan is spending time with his wonderful wife Deborah and their 3-year-old son Declyn and newborn Elora. As a family they like to be outside walking, hiking, and playing sports. In addition to this, the McCoy family loves to travel. Jonathan and Deborah are incredibly involved with their church and believe in serving and giving back
