He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and with this education, Cole has the knowledge and expertise to properly market and prepare a property for sale. He has been married to his wife Katy for seven years, has two boys (Lincoln & Grayson), and a loving pup named Bentley.
Cole has over 25 years of sales experience, is a Certified Negotiation Expert through the Negotiation Institute, and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert through the National Association of Realtors. With his combined experience and education, he knows how to negotiate the best deal for you whether you are buying or selling.
He has been in the real estate business since 2008, has achieved the level of broker in the real estate field, & has successfully closed well more than 200 real estate transactions.
