Jonathan Owens is a native of North Carolina, having grown up in the beautiful Western part of the state. He graduated from Campbell University's Lundy-Fetterman School of Business in 2003, laying the foundation for his successful career in the real estate industry. After graduation, Jonathan resided in Charlotte and Winston-Salem before settling in Apex in 2008, where he, his wife and daughter currently call home.
With a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals, Jonathan became a licensed Realtor® in 2009. Throughout his career, he has served over 315 buyers and sellers, facilitating transactions totaling an impressive $79,790,121 in sales. Jonathan's commitment to excellence and continuous learning is evident in his specialized education. Outside of his real estate endeavors, Jonathan enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests. He has a green thumb and finds solace in gardening, and he is an avid hockey enthusiast, proudly supporting the Carolina Hurricanes. Jonathan's daughter, Reagan, shares his passion for the sport and plays for the Jr Canes. He also appreciates music festivals, exploring new restaurants, sampling craft beers, and staying active through running. Additionally, Jonathan loves experimenting with his Traeger grill, constantly discovering new delicious recipes to prepare.
Jonathan is not only dedicated to his career and personal pursuits but also actively involved in his community. He serves as the HOA President for his community, demonstrating his commitment to fostering a vibrant and cohesive neighborhood. He is a supporter of various charitable organizations, including the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation, Methodist Home for Children, and Grandfather Mountain. Jonathan's compassion extends to his involvement as a former Special Olympics North Carolina multi-sport coach, making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
