Jonathan is the most on cue realtor! He truly cares about his clients and not just the sale. You can see by my google review history, I don’t just giveaway a 5 star review. I would give more in this case if possible.

He was willing to go wherever and whenever for viewings, even when we weren’t sure what exactly the next step was going to be. He made sure we were represented as the buyer and got the best deal!

He also had my late fathers home listed and under contract with minimum hassle to me. Willing to move forward with me patiently as I was emotional prepared and help with any step along the way! Seriously, there to clean or pack or anything I needed. His patience in the situation was amazing! He was so great the neighbors knew making the switch to his was the answer to their selling needs.

If you want a realtor that is truly invested in your wants and needs then I highly recommend talking with Jonathan!

Jonathan,

Was an excellent real estate agent for my girlfriends , first time home buying experience.

He had to deal with a language barrier ,and helping educate both me and my girlfriend about certain aspects of shopping for and bidding on homes .

He also spent many extra hours on the weekends helping us look at homes .

He was there for many questions and concerns even AFTER closing.

This man puts his heart into his work , and seriously wants his clients to be happy.

We will definitely be using him again in the near future .

Jonathan is a class act! We moved to Georgia from Colorado and knew no one and had no clue where to begin looking for a home. We ended up picking a realtor online and it was a disaster. Then someone suggested Jonathan- what a blessing. J was patient and took the time to get to know our needs, wants, and preferences. He showed us many homes via FaceTime due to us being out of state. He was always spot on with his suggestions and recommendations. He was able to tell us which listings he didn’t think were a good fit based off his knowledge of the area, specs, and our desires. With a brutal market and over 80 houses seen, 25 of which we put offers on we finally landed on our new home just in time for our son to take his first steps in it and two days later our daughter to be born.
We will treasure watching our babies grow up in this home and are so thankful for Jonathan’s care and attention to detail. Seriously his determination to find us the right home and not just any home was great to see.
He was great at navigating the paperwork, handling all negotiations, and working with our broker while we waited for our home to sell for funds to clear for our purchase.

If you want to have confidence in your realtor and trust that they are 100% looking out for you then J is your guy. He will not disappoint.

Jonathan made the entire selling process easy. From providing guidance on what to do to get the house on the market, to lining up contractors for us, to negotiating offers, to closing the deal - he was extremely responsive and kept us calm. Our house went on the market on Saturday morning. Saturday and Sunday there was a steady stream of showings and by Sunday evening we had multiple offers to consider. We enjoyed working with Jonathan and would absolutely recommend him.

Jonathan helped us find our first home and now has helped us sell it . The experience was incredible both times. We can get pretty busy between work and our 3 small children, so it was that much better knowing that Jonathan was taking care of everything for the sell of our home to make it as smooth as possible .
