Jonathan Tobolowsky

Tobolowsky started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2002 as an associate in the Retail Division of one of the largest CRE firms in the world, Colliers International. During his tenure, he was appointed to the National Steering Committee as the youngest member in the Company's history and received numerous awards for his brokerage in markets across the country.

After Colliers, Tobolowsky joined The Weitzman Group as Assistant Vice-President. While there, he worked on multiple leasing assignments across the DFW metroplex and began to specialize in the Tenant and Restaurant representation side of brokerage. As he continued to learn more about the Restaurant business, he branched into investing and became a partner in a few different client’s restaurant concepts around Dallas.

Tobolowsky left Weitzman in 2014 and joined E. Smith Realty Partners. As Executive Vice-President, his responsibilities included assisting in the growth and development of the company as well as the retail platform of the firm. He aided in multiple transactions and many successful deals. He eventually left to start his firm, Low Sky Commercial.

Jonathan and his wife Lindsay have a son named Dylan and a daughter named Taylor, and live in Lake Highlands in Dallas, TX.
