Jonathan Tran

Jonathan Tran, CCIM is the principal of Rainier Pacific. He leads the acquisition, development, and operations of the firm’s portfolio. Through his strategic asset management and successful transaction management skills, he is essential to Rainier Pacific’s relationships with lenders, partners, and tenants.

Jonathan was born and raised in Seattle. Before joining Rainier Pacific Properties, Jonathan graduated with a Business degree from the University of Portland, concentrating in Finance and Marketing/Management. He has followed and learned from his father's successes in Real Estate and has been co-managing the company since 2006.
