Over the last 20 years, he and his wife have bought, renovated, and resold several homes as well as managed their own rental property. Working on these properties has taught him to see the potential in each project. This allows him to advise his sellers on improvements to their properties that will lead to quicker sales and higher sale prices. He is also able to show potential buyers how they can turn a less than perfect house into the home of their dreams. In fact, he sees himself as a real estate consultant for his clients. Someone who can assist with everything from buying and selling, to which are the best improvements they can make and how much value will they add to the property. Before getting into real estate, he owned his own business on Whidbey Island for almost eight years. His business served customers all over the island and he got to know the area well. This has given him invaluable knowledge of the Whidbey Island real estate market and many contacts that can be useful to his clients. His goal is to use the skills learned from his own real estate and business experiences to fulfill all his clients' real estate needs.
