Working with Jonelle was the best experience I have had to date. I contacted Jonelle to sell my home which had became a major headache for me. I was in a tough spot and desperately hoped she could help me. Ha! She did more than that…Jonelle sprang into action arranging: educating me on my options, arranging a clean out of the home, capturing pictures that made me think of sweet memories rather than problems, and off to the market went my home of 16 1/2 years.
It went to the market on a Monday and we accepted one of several offers THAT FRIDAY!
Now I can’t be sure… but I think she went to her office an put on an SuperWoman cape right before she signed me !!!😜 Thank you Jonelle… I am closer to the future and home I want and it’s all because of you. Can’t wait to work with you on my next home

I reached out to Jonelle McDaniel from Super Realty Group when I wanted to sell my investment property in Chester PA. I had recently moved away and it got to be too difficult to manage the needs of the property from where I now live. I saw Jonelle had great reviews so I emailed her to speak about listing the property. She emailed me back the same day and we connected on the phone the next day. She did a masterful job of listing the property and marketing it to the public and her list of connections in the area. She helped me with my listing price thankfully because I thought the property was not worth as much. When she listed it at the price she did I was very hopeful, I had a cash offer for close to asking price the next day. Her value to me as customer actually goes far beyond this effort as she handled everything for me from paperwork to legwork including meeting with buyers, coordinating with my challenging tenant, and also working with the city inspectors. Her response time to my questions far exceeded my expectations. The fact that she managed this entire process for me and we didn’t even have the chance to meet in person is really impressive to me.

I would undoubtedly use her services again and would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to sell their property to work with her. Thanks Jonelle for all your efforts in selling my property and making it as painless as possible.

Jonelle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very good at communicating with me through the entire journey. She also has valuable resources and contacts. She helped me find a contractor and plumber the same exact day that I hired her as my agent. She’s professional and very hands on with her clients. I found her after having an issue with a different agent. Immediately she came in and helped me prepare my house to get it listed. Jonelle has gained a lifelong client.
