It was a pleasure having Johnny as our realtor. He communicated information that we needed to make the right home buying decision. To his credit, he handled things that did not need our involvement, keeping frustration to a minimum. His hard work and extra effort made this an outstanding home buying experience.

Jonny Cates is one of the best realtors we’ve worked with and we’ve worked with a few. Jonny just walked us through home purchase #7 and we could not be more pleased with the service he provided.

This current market is a wild one and Jonny professionally and steadily guided us through the rushing water to our perfect home. He is quick to communicate, a must in times like these. He listened well to what we wanted and showed us many great properties until we found the right one. Jonny knows the market and was able to help us draw up the perfect offer and contract items for our neighborhood.

I would highly recommend him. When the time comes to move again, Jonny Cates will be the first call to we make to get this property on the market again.
