I had the opportunity to work with Jordan Everington a few months ago on the purchase of a brand new home. It was a lengthy process but through it all, Jordan was right there. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Jordan was professional with every person he came into contact with from the builder to the painters. I do believe he was almost as excited as I was! I would highly recommend working with him if you get the opportunity to do so!

Jordan Everington made selling my home a quick and easy process. My house was only on the market for 6 days! From the first meeting to the last, he was extremely prepared and informed. All my questions were answered before I could even verbalize them. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else the next time I'd like to sell/buy a home. Highly recommend!

Jordan Everington is hands down the best realtor we could've hoped for! We were randomly connected with him through Zillow when we requested a showing for a home. We weren't quite ready to buy, but we were passively looking and made that clear to Jordan. He didn't seem fazed at all and continued to give us great service. We ended up looking at 3 houses in the span of 4 months with him and made an offer on the third. He advised us every step of the way and we ended up going under contract after 5 days. At each house he would act as a "pre inspector" by telling us what complications we might run into and how much that might cost us down the line. He was very knowledgeable about types of siding, windows, landscaping, etc. and was extremely helpful when it came to closing. He made sure we were setting up utilities on time, helped schedule a handyman, explained our appraisal to us and so much more. I honestly can not recommend Jordan enough!

We finally got our dream home. Our Agent Jordan Everington is to be thanked for making this dream come true. He worked hard with us with patience and positive attitude all the time. He cared for us to “ get the house that we like”, this was his famous statement.
Whenever he take us for a showing, he examines all the walls, attic, crawl space, walls, sinks, lights… he cares for the details.
He is the most honest agent we have ever met. We highly recommend having him as your agent if you want the best service.
