About Jordan

Jordan Levine was born and raised in Maryland. After earning a finance degree at Northeastern University, Jordan began managing his family’s real estate and retail holdings. Gaining valuable industry experience, he enrolled in the Edward St. John School of Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University and earned his master’s degree in Real Estate. In 2008, Jordan founded Myers Solomon Realty Corporation, a full-service brokerage. Myers Solomon has grown significantly over the years in the commercial real estate industry. In 2013, Jordan partnered with Joe Rector to form Pelican Property Management. Jordan believes that every problem has a solution; you just have to be creative enough to find it.

Jordan holds both his CMCA credential (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS designation (Association Management Specialist) through the Community Associations Institute. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate and serves on the board of the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland.
